Vacation Rentals offer a steady revenue stream. Utilizing North American, European and local marketing tools your property will be exposed to literally millions of travelers seeking a BC adventure in one of Canada's most popular playgrounds, all year round.

Vacation Rental Support:

-marketing your property/ handling inquiries and ongoing support. 1M liability insurance included on most all bookings  (roughly 10% of our cost)

-screening renters (through experience we only rent to families, professionals and mature groups)

-collecting rent / damage deposit - (3% transaction fees)

-preparing property for guest arrival with last minute property primping, front entrance snow removal, or any other last minute detail.
-an ongoing concierge throughout guests stay.
-cleaning the property after each stay and maintaining quality linens and towels for you and your guests to enjoy (20% of our cost)

-collection and remittance of all local / provincial taxes

Damage isn't common among groupings for wine tours, family get-aways, business travel and the like, however damage does occur even among the best of our guests from time to time. Any damage incurred during one of our guests stay is taken care of by BCVPM.*

Wear and Tear

Compared to traditional long term rentals, vacation rentals have less wear and tear on your property. Having your property occupied roughly 50-60% of the time reduces the wear your property will see. As well when we are able to keep a property in top shape by servicing and cleaning regularly as guests come and go, your property is kept in immaculate condition as to compliment our overall ratings/ reviews that maintain our income stream.
